WORKSHOP ENTRY & ETIQUETTE
Please check-In 15 minutes prior to the beginning of each workshop/class. to settle in. Make sure to show your Janai
( Sacred Colored Thread ) to the volunteer. Please be mindful of your fellow participants during class/workshop to avoid disturbing others. Your cooperation ensures a positive and productive experience for everyone.
WEATHER
Expect 25°C daytime maximum temperatures in the shade with on average 6 hours of sunshine per day in Pokhara during October. Be ready to mesmerised by beauty of Himalayan Range during this season & enjoy the clear blue sky.
WHAT TO BRING
For practice, Your welcome to bring your own mat, water bottle, comfortable clothing, and a smile! We will have loaner mats hence, you are covered regardless.
To decrease our carbon footprint, we thank all attendees for bringing their own water bottles (or you can purchase a bottle at hospitality). Registration and select venues will have refill stations!
