Secure your pass by acquiring it on our website through the BrightStar ticketing system.
View Your Ticket Order
For details about your ticket, sign in to your Brightstar account or check your email with ticket information.
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, but you are free to transfer your tickets or gift to someone but no resell.
You have the option to assign your ticket to a different attendee. Please do so 6-4 weeks prior to the event date. To do so, please email or contact NYF Email : email@example.com.

How do I go back and view my tickets?
Login to your Brightstar Events Account by going to https://tickets.brightstarevents.com/my-tickets/login Please remember that you’ll need to login with the account that you purchased a ticket under.
Do you recommend I bring my printed pass/ticket?
Yes, we do recommend bringing a printed copy of your pass/ticket to the event. If you’re traveling from outside the local area, you might not have cellular service, especially if you haven’t arranged for an international plan. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please bring either a printed copy of your pass/ticket or have it saved on your phone. Additionally, remember to bring a valid form of identification, as it will be required to match your proof of purchase during check-in.
